Position

We are looking for a Project Manager UX/UI to lead and coordinate HMI projects focused on automotive digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for design management, the coordination of graphical assets, and the implementation of UX strategy, ensuring a seamless user experience across all our digital solutions.

This role requires fluency in French (C1+), as you will engage directly with French-speaking stakeholders, alongside proficiency in English (B2+) for internal communication.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee UX/UI projects for HMI, guiding them from concept to final delivery
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients and stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable plans
• Collaborate closely with designers, UX/UI experts, and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, functional interfaces
• Supervise the development of graphical elements, iconography, layouts, and animations tailored to HMI systems
• Ensure cohesive user experience and a consistent visual identity across multiple digital touchpoints
• Partner with key automotive industry players, ensuring alignment with sector standards

Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Design, Engineering, Product Design, or related fields
• Proven experience in UX/UI project management, ideally in HMI, digital dashboards, or automotive interfaces
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between visual design, user experience, and project execution
• Fluent in French (C1+) and English (B2+); Italian is a plus
• Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and resilience in challenging situations (must have the "grinta" to ensure things get done, even in the face of obstacles)
  
  
• Nice to have: 3-5 years of experience in a similar PM UX/UI role, particularly in the automotive sector
