In doing so, we leverage our solid expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as in software, firmware, and hardware development for HMI.


Position

We are looking for a skilled HMI UX/UI Specialist to join our team and contribute to the design and optimization of user interfaces for various applications. In this role, you will focus on creating intuitive and ergonomic user experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, validate concepts, and conduct user testing to ensure the best user interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize HMI user interfaces with a focus on usability and ergonomics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop design concepts
  • Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to refine designs
  • Ensure design solutions are aligned with industry best practices and user needs


Requirements

  • Degree in UX/UI Design, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on HMI applications
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ergonomics
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in agile development processes
  • Familiarity with programming languages
  • Experience working in the automotive, consumer electronics, or similar industries
