Position

We are looking for an HMI Specification Engineer to support the definition and documentation of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) specifications in the automotive sector. The role involves writing technical documentation and working closely with development teams to ensure functional and technical requirements are well-defined and aligned with industry standards.


What You’ll Do:

  • Define and draft technical specifications for HMI systems in automotive applications
  • Collaborate with software and hardware development teams to validate requirements
  • Analyze user needs and translate them into functional and technical documents
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Support validation and testing processes with detailed documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Cognitive Psychology, Ergonomics, or related fields
  • Experience or interest in the automotive sector and HMI systems
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded system architectures
  • Strong ability to write clear and structured technical documentation
  • Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN) is a plus
