Position

We are looking for a 1st/2nd Level Helpdesk Technician to provide IT support to colleagues, managing and resolving daily issues related to software, hardware, and networks. The selected candidate will also be responsible for purchasing IT equipment and maintaining company assets.


Responsibilities

  • Technical support for software, company applications, antivirus, printers, and networks
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues reported by users
  • Managing and maintaining company equipment (PCs, phones, peripherals, accessories)
  • Assisting in the purchase of hardware and software, ensuring proper allocation and configuration
  • Installing, configuring, and updating IT systems
  • Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and intervening in case of anomalies

Requirements

  • Diploma in Telecommunications, Systems and Networks, or a related field
  • Previous experience in helpdesk or IT support roles
  • Basic knowledge of networks, Windows/Linux operating systems, and IT management tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, antivirus, and IT security solutions
  • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong user support and communication skills
